David H. McKinley develops and manages a real estate portfolio of "Class A" commercial real estate with projects currently in Wheeling, WV and Parkersburg, WV. He has been recognized and endorsed by Project BEST, a labor and management organization supporting quality construction in the Upper Ohio Valley.

In addition to his role with McKinley Properties, LLC, McKinley is a Principal of McKinley Carter Wealth Services and serves as President and Managing Director of the firm. Before founding McKinley Carter Wealth Services, David held roles at a national investment firm and a regional bank trust department in which he led teams providing financial planning and portfolio management services to high net worth families, institutions and non-profit organizations.

David has a history of accomplishment in business and community activities. Over the years, he has been recognized by West Virginia Executive Magazine as a Young Gun in 2002, Ogden Newspaper's Faces of the Future in 2005, and in 2006 was also a member of The State Journal's inaugural class of Generation Next: WV's 40 under 40.
